Terms and Conditions
The Puzzle Junction Terms and Conditions on this page are intended for clients who purchase puzzles or other content from us. Before purchasing and publishing creative media from Puzzle Junction, it is mandatory that clients / customers read and agree to these Terms and Conditions. They are straightforward and simple to apply.
- Exclusive puzzles and other exclusive works purchased by Client from Puzzle Junction, Puzzle Junction.com, and S. James Enterprises remain the property of Puzzle Junction (see Copyright page). These puzzles and/or works may be published / printed only once by Client (you) in Client's publication for which it / they were intended. The time limit for publication of the puzzles / works is no longer than 45 days from the date of purchase, unless previously agreed upon by Puzzle Junction. After the agreed upon time limit for publication, the subject puzzle(s) / work(s) may not be published and no refund of the price paid will be given.
- Syndicated puzzles and other Syndicated works purchased by Client from Puzzle Junction, Puzzle Junction.com, and S. James Enterprises remain the property of Puzzle Junction (see Copyright page). These puzzles and/or works may be published / printed only once by Client (you) in Client's publication for which it / they were intended. The time limit for publication of syndicated puzzles / works is time sensitive, meaning that the puzzle(s) / work(s) MUST be published or printed during a specific time frame, usually a specific date or day. The reason for this is that syndicated puzzles are sold to more than one client publication at a time, rendering them unusable during other time frames. This protects all client publishers from having their publications one-upped! If purchased syndicated puzzles or works are not published or printed during the specified time frame, they may not be used, published or printed during any other time frame, must be destroyed, and are not subject to a refund.
- Notwithstanding (1) and (2) above, Puzzle Junction realizes that unforeseen circumstances do occur; so if you are unable to print or publish a puzzle or other creative work within the time frame agreed upon, please contact us before the time frame expires. We will probably be able to work with you so that you are not out the expense, either by extending the time frame for Exclusive works or by re-issuing a new syndicated puzzle for use during a future time frame. Please note, however, that any and all adjustments are at the sole discretion of Puzzle Junction, and that these types of adjustments must continue to meet the criteria listed in (1) and (2) above or new criteria announced at the time of the adjustment.
